Is it over for TBK? I thought so until PM offered to step down now if it would help.

The wee tax case is listed as The big tax case listed as What was the difference between the two schemes and why was liability admitted on the wee case? Also, are both cases under investigation by the SPL over the dual contract issue?

Isn't an SPL club required to give 2 years notice if they intend to resign?

If Miller doesnt fulfill his takeover TBK could step in with the shares and propose a CVA. However BK is in New York now.

That's my understanding too. CVA to be agreed with oldco. Newco pays football debts.

I thought the presence of Kennedy next to Murray in the directors box last night was significant but this seems to suggest Miller is in pole position regardless.

If D&P can't facilitate a CVA then doesn't that rule out Millers incubator plan too?

With news TBK are now considering a newco, albeit as a last resort, and the SPL saying a newco could be admitted to the SPL with little (or no) punishment could we be out of admin by the middle of the month i.e. before the end of the season. Would a newco suffer a 3 year exclusion from UEFA competition?
