  1. I actually couldn't believe it when not even a foul was given.
  2. In those highlights I couldn't see a) the tackle on Halliday and b) the ref defending against us in their box. Anyone got a clip to them?
  3. That was a major source of frustration for me. On more than one occasion, Kranjcar was the furthest player up the park.
  4. Was hoping to see the Halliday tackle again in some highlights.
  5. Good 3 points and not too worried about the performance. We had a few poor spells but were the better team. Again, another abysmal performance by the ref. Maybe it was where I was sitting but the tackle on Halliday looked a straight red and he never even gave a foul. Also booked Senderos for cutting across the player then exact same tackle from a Partick player and he never even gave a foul. And then there was the tackle by the ref in the box which was comical.
  6. Awful news thought go out to them all.
  7. I read he has been charged with breach of the peace. So is hanging an effigy of a religious person not a hate crime? The
  8. Revisionism going on well there again. "One wearing a Rangers scarf". But what was the other one wearing I wonder?
  9. Possibly that a lot of the Northern (English) cities aren't seen as 'glamorous' so they find it harder to attract players when they are in competition from London area clubs?
  10. 3% certainly isn't insignificant in the finely balanced power struggle.
  11. Fingers crossed big Brendan is one of the names held back so far!
  12. I note that the mass media revisionism is in full flow as well reporting that they were fined for merely flying the Palestinian flag.... of course, we must have imagined the harassment of Israeli fans outside of the stadium resulting in the requirement of police escorts, mass organised political display in the stadium and the flying of a massive banner with a grim reaper done up in Arab-style attire. That must have been a vivid dream / nightmare I had!
  13. Yip, I'd love to know how they arrived at that figure. I said it before but were Rangers not banned from an away game for fans singing nasty songs? The St. Johnstone comparison really hits home as to how bizzare the figure is.
  14. To be fair to the ref, it was just a really shite decision. I wouldn't call it cheating.
  15. I see the Daily Rhebel has managed to shoehorn a dig at MW in their article about this
  16. That enhances my belief that we are nearly a good side. Just need to learn to take a dig more often.
  17. It's not a fear, it is just an annoyance. Imagine there was a team of 3rd / 4th generation Arab supporters who constantly put up banners against the country they were in, flew the flag of a country that worked against them in times of war, had banners against British troops, banners to "kill all Christians" and flew ISIS flags. People would be outraged.
  18. Absolutely - I think everyone should be welcome at Rangers. When some (small minority) hit out with anyone-Catholic stuff, then I shudder. At the same time, I don't think there should be any reason to shirk away from the fact that there is a large Protestant following / history at the club - and that can be celebrated without singing any nasty songs. And again, at the same time, I think it would be good if we were to publicise our all-inclusive nature that the vast majority of us support rather than the knuckle-drafters that the press try and portray.
  19. I'm sure his posting was just a minor "hick"up.
  20. As a fan I love seeing people of all different backgrounds supporting the club. It is true that we have a small number of supporters who are stuck in the past but as a club we have come forward leaps and bounds.
