This formation worked so well last night and I think playing this way is the way forward. It plays to our strengths and the players we have. Wouldn't have Letizi in goal but he is the managers choice so we have to back him. The defence did well last night but still has to improve. We have 5 good central midfielders (Hemdani, Ferguson, Rae, Clement, Adam). Playing 3 in there gives good balance and a stops us getting over run when other team flood the midfield. For the wide positions of the forward line i think we are pretty well covered (Burke, Sionko, Novo, Buffel, Martin, Prso and maybe Sebo). Although we are struggling with injuries the now, there is a lot of competition when everyone is back. Boyd is the only choice for me through the middle. His link up play was better last night (2 assists) and I think he can improve. I think we forget he is still pretty young. He did well tonight but he has to start doing it more often. He has to make it hard for Le Guen to drop him. He worked his socks off tonight and deserves to keep his place

I think the opposite. Keep him in the centre. I don't think he has the pace to play wide. We looked much more solid with a central 3 in the middle of the park and thats the way we should be playing

Reports on Hibs boards have him placed around several city centre bars and was allegedly hardly able to walk.
