  1. I think he set it up, so never followed it anyway. The profile pic change and omission of his job from his Insta profile resembles some kind of statement but God knows what it actually means.
  2. Ugo Ehiogu's unforgettable goal probably merits a mention...
  3. Is Michael Beale trolling us all? Kinda get that feeling.
  4. Nathan Patterson, if we're talking about time spent with the first team squad. Or maybe Nell McAndrew when she modelled our Diadora strip - my heart fair skipped a beat at that.
  5. He has changed his Instagram profile pic from him in official Rangers gear to him at a QPR match and it no longer refers to him as Rangers Manager. It may be nothing but I doubt it. Hopefully people are respectful of him, whatever happens - he's had a fair bit of unnecessary abuse on social media, which is disgraceful.
  6. I think we might be in for some good news regarding Beale in the next couple of days.
  7. Not sure why but you seem to be forgetting the nine months prior to this season. No. Decent manager but I don't want pretend victims anywhere near Ibrox.
  8. I'm off out to watch the football but mainly because there's a burd I like where I'm going. Hopefully all the other blokes have kilts and see you Jimmy wigs on, improving my (admittedly slim) chances. 😀
  9. For me, I think we had to have a fairly significant player turnover (due to the last two domestic campaigns) but the main problem is he's let some useful players leave (Hagi and Sakala) whilst others (the defence), who are past it, have remained.
  10. None of the 19 No voters seem to making much of a case for Beale to remain.
  11. Confusing and surprising in equal measures.
  12. If they were going to sack him during the break, they'd have done it already. I suspect we'll have to wait until there have been another one or two bad results before he's gone...which might not be far away.
  13. Was one of the job requirements turning a blind eye to payments to trophy centres?
  14. Nonsense.
  15. Sunday was just the straw that broke the camel's back. Under Beale the only big game we've won was against a fairly rubbish Servette. His results against Celtc have been woeful and that's largely down to his poor team selections, tactics and substitutions. Against the dross, we've barely managed one good 90 minute performance. We got absolutely scudded in Eindhoven. Our defence is shambolic and continues to give away daft goals. Our signings, after twelve matches this season, look disappointing (Butland excepted). Our line ups and formations don't have any semblance of consistency. Beale constantly contradicts himself in interviews. He looks lost on the sidelines. Cantwell and Raskin seem to be slowly getting worse. They and other players are constantly played out of position. I could go on. It isn't working and there's no indication it's going to work.
  16. I'd agree with that, specifically in relation to Rangers. I'm hoping the next manager has no previous Rangers connection whatsoever - the 'bring him home' nonsense has to stop.
  17. When something isn't working, you change it. Quite simple.
  18. Barisic and Tav are both good at going forward but not great defenders. Hopefully we keep Barisic until January but line up a replacement for him and sell him then. We need to get rid of everyone involved in 55 because they've all seen better days and staleness is apparent.
  19. Maybe if we just stick with him he'll figure out how to manage a team. Then we won't have to sack him. Then we can all live happily ever after.
  20. I'm fairly certain Beale won't be fired during the break but the board will have some sort of timeline for improvements in performances and results. Every match looks tricky with our current form and I think it's evident a large percentage of the support have made our minds up. For me, not firing him now is just delaying the inevitable and he'll be gone before the year is out.
  21. I know a lot of Bears talk up Souttar but he's cost us a few important goals. Definitely needs to improve his concentration levels.
  22. A few of them have won things recently. A few others are fairly well respected. I just want someone who knows what they're doing.
  23. Disagree. After getting pounded by PSV, we didn't exactly respond well a few days later, so maybe we need a break (I know I'm glad we're not playing for a couple of weeks). And it's the perfect opportunity to replace the manager.
