  1. Bit of a weird one tomorrow night - huge match but Dens on Sunday is even more important. I keep seeing folk going on about how great the atmosphere will be. I think we'll sing a song or two to start with, then it'll be monotonous drum music from the UBs until we score. As for the match itself, I really have no idea how it'll go. They have far better players than we do but we've disposed of similarly good sides in recent years, so who knows. Just hoping for a good game.
  2. They must be really short on wide players.
  3. Chris McLaughlin agrees with you. But only when it's Rangers singing naughty songs -never a whimper out of the freak when that lot, Aberdeen or Hibs do it. I can't believe what a bunch of big pansies football fans have become. The nastiness is part of what drew me into football as a kid - I loved it.
  4. If Benfica knock us out, we still need two or three players back before the yahoo game. If we knock Benfica out, we'll need even more bodies. Hopefully Cantwell and a couple of wide players get back into the squad during the break.
  5. Remember when the yahoos celebrated the Offensive Behaviour Bill (or whatever it was called) coming in, prior to it biting them on the arse. Hibs fans aren't really bothered about songs. Like their Oirish brethren, they're bothered about us winning things and being Scottish champions. They will never stop whining and moaning until we are gone, dead, disappeared, ended. Don't forget that when you're trying to appease their hollow outrage.
  6. I miss the atmosphere at away games but sleep soundly in the knowledge I no longer fund any of these scummy clubs (haven't done since we came back up). Our support have so much power but we'll never use it.
  7. I'll never understand why people use still pictures to prove a point about an incident in a football match. The tackle would've endangered Lundstram if the perpetrator wasn't a big galoot.
  8. It would be great if Liverpool drew at Goodison on the final day, conceded the title and relegated Everton. The Scouse tear tsunami would be a joy to behold.
  9. A lot will come down to him, his agent and whatever offers he gets elsewhere.
  10. By the rules of the game it's a penalty but for me, it's not a penalty. It ticks the boxes to be a red card but let's look at what actually happened.
  11. Good to get the win. I didn't think we played great and Sterling going off was a concern. All eyes on Thursday now.
  12. Been a very scrappy second half. Could do with the final whistle now. Michael Stewart is raging though, which is nice.
  13. Still think we'll regret not adding a striker in January. Can someone tell Michael Stewart to stop talking and is Neil Lennon drunk? He sounds it.
  14. Raskin did okay when he came on against Benfica. Maybe we should give him more of a chance.
  15. I'm feeling a bit nervy about this one. Hate losing to green and white b@stards.
  16. Just turned 30 in February. We have a bad habit of holding on to players on the downward trajectory of their careers. I'd hope we're looking at other options.
  17. I see HSV are having their annual promotion nightmare. Lost to Osnabruck last week and Dusseldorf last night. To make matters worse, Scheiss St Pauli are top of the league. Something wrong there - no backbone.
  18. Warnock has stepped down. Hopefully a sign of trouble brewing at the dung heap.
  19. I'm expecting a tougher game than we got on our last visit to Easter Road, due to their slight upturn in form and our decimated squad. Any win will do and please, no more injuries.
  20. I'm not seeing much celebrating about last night's result. Most of us are just pleased the tie is still in the balance and happy to be competing with teams of that standard.
  21. I went for Diomande. He seems to fit in so well and didn't look out of place against Benfica. Plenty of worthwhile contenders though.
