  1. It`s tough to see how Murray can stay on the board while BS is still there but at least today`s business has been conducted with the sort of decorum we expect and has been sadly missing of late .

  2. I`m delighted about this , if a bit surprised he`s accepted the role . It certainly heads off any attempt at a boycott of season tix , quite rightly , as it`s time for DK to make his move now . I certainly don`t want Easdale or Morgan on the board however , nor would DK I suspect . Will leggo be proved right and DK is voted on ? .

  3. no its alleged they know the same person more like.

"it is in the interests of bluenoses everywhere – including Walter Smith whose contempt for Whyte is legendary – to know who Craig Whte’s drinking buddy was long before Charles Green walked through the main door at Ibrox." (sic)

  4. Fans are obviously in denial about the fact it maybe Rangers men at the club leaking info to their friends. Understandable but naive.

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck ...

  5. Who has the power to remove Murray? The "board"? Who is on the "board" right now?

As for the only station who has this the banned BBC, the main informer is Scrote McLaughlin, the Rangers-hater per se. He gets this info after the BBC has been banned from Ibrox. Honestly, no matter who has leaked this should go ahead of Murray or anyone else. Leaking confidential information to the media is a cardinal sin.

but who has the power to remove them ?

  6. The Hamilton chairman was on the radio saying that a redistribution of wealth was crucial. Where is the wealth?

If the existing SPL clubs do find that they can find some wealth to be redistributed amongst the lower league clubs, presumably Rangers should be included as a beneficiary!

You would think we are a charity the way these parasites come a-begging .

  7. Don't quite follow what you are saying. I presume that you are talking about Newco? the BTC is irrelevant to it.

Not at that time . We knew the BTC was coming before whyte got involved .

To say that investing in a football club doesn't have risk is incorrect. It's a huge risk as has been seen with the recent movement in share prices.

Yes but if they hold the club assets it is substantially de-risked.

They would only have control is they owned a majority of the shares. The fact that the assets of the club are worth a lot more doesn't help them get back their cash either. I doubt that they would be allowed to asset strip.

How could they be stopped from leasing the club`s assets back to the club ?

  8. Exactly. We are talking about a generally highly regarded company in Octopus. Why would they look at buying a minority of the shares in the club, which is a fairly high risk venture, costing them a lot more money and sinking more money into a club where they have already lost a bucketful?

They cocked up by not getting proper security, They aren't going to make that mistake again.

The only risk was the outcome of the big tax case . With that out of the way they would be left in control of the assets which are worth a lot more than they have paid .

  9. So ticketus( who have already lost around £20m to Whyte because of him buying us) indirectly spend millions more owning us thro' other companies via a share issue ??? sorry, not buying that.

But look at it from their standpoint - their 18m is heading down the swannee , yes they can sue whyte and win but will get heehaw ( as the ex-mrs whyte found out) but , knowing whyte`s business plan , they can throw in a few million more and with a compliant administrator end up with the whole shooting match . Thinking they needed his shares , whyte was strung along then dumped when the assets were transferred to sevco scotland instead .

The title deeds are a red herring imho , it`s who owns or controls the majority of shares that counts . All just my opinion .

  10. How could they possibly get it from us? The deal was primarily with whyte and secondly with oldco, no? They took whyte to court and won. Can someone clearly explain how on earth ticketus could ever get any money from us? This rumor seems ridiculous.

I can`t say if it`s clear or not but I contend that us ie RFC (or RIFC if you will) are owned ie more than 51% of shares in the company are held by people connected to ticketus/octopus/zeus . They can do pretty much what they like with us and are only interested in protecting their investment and making money . I think our only hope is Dave King buying them out .

  11. Reading between the lines I take it 'sannybear' thinks Whyte may have some claim to us hence ticketus

    Just my opinion

No no , Whyte`s a desperate man clutching at straws . I think octopus/ticketus went over whyte`s head at administration when they realised they stood to lose their money .
