Would you say there is social justice and harmony in those countries you mentioned? Have the "troubles" gone away in Ulster or is the lid just being kept on? I don't live in Northern Ireland but from what I read there are many areas which are far from settled. I've never prescribed the the "change must come through the barrel of a gun" philosophy as there is always deep seated resentment left behind. The injustice felt from the Irish Potato Famine is still an issue several hundred years later. I suggest terrorism is only a short term fix and cannot be part of any civilised society. There will always be resentment against Adams and McGuinness, plus what happens if this American attained evidence comes to light? Will we all just shrug our shoulders and move on as if nothing happened!

We have let lawwell etc. become dominant in Scottish football and they can pretty much do what they like to us. Now we appear to have an owner who is prepared to stand up for the Club. In society's terms we have the snp doing what they like calling all the shots despite only having 25% of the electorate voting for them. We have a catholic religion who claim to represent only 15% of our population trying to tell the snp what to do. No religion should have any mandate to be a part of a modern Government. Despite only claiming support from 15% of the people they sure punch above their weight enjoying many influential positions. Top law man for Scotland, former cfc ST holder, as was the previous one, and a dis-proportionate number of Glasgow Provosts being another example cfc. The catholic religion has infiltrated many parts of Scottish society and it's high time they, and their vile IRA supporting athletic wing are brought to book for all their crimes and justice and fairness for ALL returns to Scotland. The way salmond is acting sure doesn't look like a happy future for Scotland and it's 85% non-catholics.

Just one or two Club issues to resolve prior to last minute clearance to actually play. No pre-season competitive games. New players to bed in. "Older " players somewhat dis-interested. Playing against established teams at their home in their "cup final". Dawdled to a 4 nil win at home against Division 2 team, East Fife. I think I'll reserve judgement for a few more weeks yet. Still wanting several players signed.

We mustn't pick out any individual players I'm afraid, team game and all that. Having said that, it does rankle that there are a few being paid comparatively ridiculously high wages at present for little or no money's worth. I'm certain this won't be lost on Ally or Charles Green. I'm afraid we are going to have to adapt our game to suit Division 3 as opposed to Division 3 teams adapt to playing us. We must accept that this League is full of old pros who never "made it" but are wily enough to get by, plus young guys wanting to make a name for themselves. We can take these teams apart at Ibrox when we play them there, but when we're on the road in very unnatural surroundings we have to play them at their own game. I think we won 1 high ball in their box today (big Kyle). last week and this both home teams built off a big strong defensive partnership and took the scraps. Absolutely no space for silky soccer I'm afraid, until the foreseeable future anyway.

This is a letter from the CFC Trust which was formed by Manus Fullerton and Jeanette Findlay in 1999. 1999 was also the same year Fullerton was promoted to the position of Executive Director to the Board of Lloyds TSB in Scotland. Trusts were formed to mainly support the supporters and shareholders of their Club. It is little more than a threatening letter to the SFA from a group headed by a person who also happens to be a vociferous supporter of the Irish Republican Army. The letter would not look out of place if it were to issued prior to an ira bombing campaign. I find this a totally sickening document. If someone sent such a thing to me I would take it straight to the police. It also shows how arrogant CFC have become in that this is in the public domain. I wonder if such letters were also sent to all SPL member Clubs. It is not beyond the realms of possibility if this whole situation we find ourselves in is glued together by similar threats and intimidation. Thoughts ?
