  1. It wasn't sitting in anyone's account. It wasn't money owed to the RST but we were going to make a substantial loss over a series of events we had agreed to underwrite. The biggest expense was the Sam English bowl, currently sitting in our trophy room. I complained to Mark as he was on the committee and he agreed to make a substantial contribution towards the loss.
  2. There are very few people who know the facts. We had 2 chartered accountants who agreed that no wrong had been done. Yet we continue to hear these accusations. For the record, Mr Harris was not aware of the full facts when he put his resignation speech onto the Internet.
  3. You should read the thread about it on RM. Totally the fault of the requisitioners and the fans groups. They fail to admit that the share price had dropped to 42p before the requisition went in.
  4. There was an e-mail but granted we haven't followed that up but there is little to say really. There was an accusation of hacking and it was made to look like it came from a certain source. The person 'under suspicion' subsequently resigned and reported the matter to the police. A few others resigned due to legal advice but remain RST members that we are still working with. They don't want their names plastered over the Internet and we will respect their privacy. It is now a matter for Police Scotland and not the RST.
  5. God bless us, every one. (off to watch Scrooge).
  6. Perhaps I'm taking things to personally but why dwell on the RST scheme and BH's perceived 'weaknesses' and gloss over the fact that about 17% of the shares were bought for 1p and not market value. Imagine if the government decided that general election votes in future was based on the amount of tax that a person paid in the previous year.
  7. Perhaps Bluedell but the decision not to include Dave King was not theirs so someone is telling them what to do.
  8. I don't know what that is. You know the extent of my computer skills!!!
  9. Did that include the phone calls to his wife?
  10. Absolutely fantastic news. Well done to all involved.
  11. I'll give them £66K right now for 6 million shares.
  12. If you are referring to the guy with the German name, it was his real name but no other details and was up for about two minutes. This, allegedly, led to a threat being made to his wife and apparently I encouraged it. I await a visit from the police.
  13. Of course I saw the e-mail. I take it you have too? Can you tell me where you saw it? I think given the fact that I am an office bearer I have significantly more information than you.
  14. Frankie, this is also in the hands of the police so not much can be said. You don't have to be a genius to work it out.
  15. Frankie, for obvious reasons I haven't been able to post for the last couple of days. Willhelm has already posted on RM - now for the rest of the poisonous clique. So who are they going to go after next? Gordon D? Me? Who knows?
  16. I'd also like to know about the RST reference too but would also like to ask D'Art a question. You have referred to them as an organisation, I view them as a website with presumably different opinions from a number of members on a number of issues. Who actually speaks for them then? How can a website have an opinion? How is policy decided?
  17. We should get together and collectively buy up as many shares as we can. The mechanism is there.
  18. It's not my recollection of what was said although I haven't watched it again and I'm only going by my own memory of the night. I thought the point he made was that non-footballing staff costs exceeded footballing staff costs and that this was very unusual for a football club. He then blamed the fact that some of the excessive salaries were to blame but I'm not sure he claimed that this was exclusively directors fees. I could be wrong.
