  1. There are loads of fans looking for a ticket for this game!,you may be right but I'm sure Christine will check in frequently so it's fair to assume the ticket is still available!,anyway why are you getting all defensive?:)

I have no social life and nobody has sent me a PM. Maybe sitting beside me is not an attractive proposition.:rfc:

  2. The RFFF is maybe being dragged into the equation/discussions because it's linked with the Assembly, but I don't understand why the Assembly would need to continue under any newly proposed umbrella group when being an umbrella group was the raison d'etre of the Assembly in the first place.

You'd think any technical issues (RFFF monies for example) could be overcome and a new umbrella group could just replace the Assembly.

Obviously it's a complex situation though, so I might be viewing it too simplistically.

The idea is that all the organisations will cease to exist with the possible exception of the Association but talks are still at an early stage.

  3. I think that they should be looking at a shareholders alliance as opposed to an amalgamation. The objectives of the RST and RF are very different (ignoring egos and all the rest of the politics) and a great deal of time and energy will be spent without an agreement being ultimately obtained (IMHO of course). Would be much easier to agree to vote together as a bloc.

The new proposal goes way beyond shareholding.

  4. I can only speak for the RST here but our understanding was that a simple question was going to be asked and the various groups would be putting it out at the same time. I was not in favour of the full document going out in full, especially the methodology as there has been actually no discussion about this. No discussion has even been had over whether a CIC model is even the most appropriate way to go, far less that we would use the RF one for shareholding and ours for other projects. The document should only have contained the general principles behind it and why it it is advantageous for all Rangers supporters. This goes way beyond shareholding.

  5. I thought the night went well. John and Stewart came across as passionate and sincere. The highlight of the night for me, apart from meeting Bearger, was when Gordon Dinnie spoke about our activities and achievements over the last year.

  6. Regardless of my personal views, it is what they are, simply, they are there to serve the interests of their members. There would be no need for two separate organisations if they had a singular goal. Let's not forget that RF was set up after the toys, once again, came out the RST pram.

    Really, tell me more.

  7. wish the rst would ask some more important questions that actually matter.

Ashley can flap his gums all he wants , king will decide if we can pay it and by the looks of it there is nadda ashley can do about it.

What questions would you like asked?

  8. Here's a tweet posted by North Rd on RM ...

@becks1873: @SilverFox1872 board met with support groups tonight told them club say no Ashley EGM and King passed fit test. SFA statement tomorrow

Wonder if that's true. If it is then we should hear pretty soon about DK's investment, whether by share issue or other.

    It isn't true.
