If this boy is at least half as good as his swagger and confidence suggests, he'll be a sensation for us.  I know we've discussed it before, but he's definitely funny if he's our player and the most annoying git if he's competing against us.  I think we're going to have plenty of entertainment from him for as long as he's with us.

I could see Walter Smith making such a signing, has all the right qualities.

  2. I haven't really looked into the whole '' development squad '' set up but I tell you what it's a decent set of games. Has anyone asked the lads how they feel about it and if they feel like they're improving/learning any better or worse as players? Not a bad life eh, playing for the Rangers and travelling the world playing a game you love for the club you love.

I saw Lennon say something about Levein lacking humility.  Pots and kettles spring to mind.

A Hearts fan at work asked me if I watched the match.  I could barely muster a guffaw.  Edinburgh derbies are always a kick and rush borefest.

Did he not know Real Madrid were on the other channel dishing out a 7 - 1 beating?

  4. Tried to stick with it but the lure of Real Madrid vs Deportivo is just too strong. Pretty sure Hearts Hibs will be 0 - 0 after 90 minutes of huffing and puffing.

    ***Edit***

Well then, 1-0 Hearts, wee Neil will be spewing.

  5. To be expected, to be honest, the small teams just don't have the money for the facilities, I'm sure our fans will turn up in numbers and give their club a welcomed payday.

Get them coming out with their kilts and claymores:D.

Going by the width of the '' hall '' I'd have our lads out in the hall first and have them going nipple to nipple with the opposition players and giving them the eyes.

Just like the changing rooms in pavilions up and down the country I used to get changed in before games back in the day.

Murty will have his ear against up against the wall listening in to the Fraserburgh team talk.

I still get goosebumps when I see old school changing rooms like that. I can still feel the drenched shirt stuck to my back and the lads passing around the Lynx Africa, that's about as glamorous as it got.

A few years ago I had the pleasure of being given a tour by the gorgeous guide at the Allianz Stadium, couldn't believe how pampered they are. I hope someone finds the line between sports science and grassroots.
