  2. this is from Blue Knights facebook make of it what you will When Lloyds Bank, of whom Manus Joseph J Fullerton was the Director of Corporate and Commercial Banking in Scotland, took over the Halifax Bank of Scotland in January 2009 ,they inherited the Murray Group debt, along with the Rangers account. Those two accounts surely fell into the remit of the man who at the time was the Director of Corporate and Commercial Banking for Lloyds Bank in Scotland. That man was founding Celtic Trust board member, Manus Joseph J Fullerton. He had been due to retire on his 60th birthday on 11th April 2009, but an article in the Herald reported that he was staying on to help Lloyds with the integration with the Halifax Bank of Scotland. Something which flies in the face of the Lloyds Bank letter from Ms McDermott which insisted that Manus Joseph J Fullerton had no involvement with the Halifax Bank of Scotland. Ms McDermott also says that Manus Joseph J Fullerton retired in 2009. She does not say when. But we know that in August of 2009 he accepted a prize from the National Business Awards and in an article on the UKNet Guide he was still being described as the Lloyds Scotland Director of Business and Corporate Banking. Therefore, for at least eight months, possibly longer, for Lloyds Bank seem reluctant to reveal the actual date of his retirement, Manus Joseph J Fullerton’s job description placed him firmly at the centre of control over the accounts and debts of the Murray Group and Rangers. These are the facts of the matter.
  3. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/craig-whyte-facing-arrest-again-4661435 he failed to show up in court in London to face the Ticketus trial where he is being sued. There's a 28 day custodial attached to the warrant
  4. I notice in Brian Kennedy's statement he says the board "were unable" to include MP as a security. It might already have gone
  5. quattro's the mutant who lives in the chest of the rebel leader on Mars in Total Recall........it was on the telly 4 or 5 days ago..........
  6. there was a guy on Radio Clyde who had been at a meeting (can't remember which fan groups were involved apart from SOS) He said he had been told from the floor that Ticketus were margarita and bluepitch. Also Ticketus went to court in an attempt to be declared "secure ?" (might be the wrong word) creditors. They failed. I think that was because of a difference between Scots and English law
  7. I watched it tonight and couldn't help thinking about watching us every week pass me the revolver with loaded chambers.....
  8. I read richard Wilson saying it was well below 60% so how does it figure out guys....what's our turnover and what's our wages bill ?
  9. we couldn't expect the best players to drop divisions no matter how much we paid them. We got what we could and overpaid but as has been pointed out before, in terms of %age turnover, we're below what's normal
  10. Dave Kings reply was on but I didn't catch it. Only the Easdales supported the King bid. I don't understand that.....if Easdales fronting for 30% of the shares, how come it wasn't accepted ?
  11. just seen an extract from it....pretty much as Frankie described.........they are also saying Craig Whyte is arranging with the police to return and help them with their enquiries also waiting for Dave King's reaction
  12. aye.....they got caught....that's the difference
  13. it looks like it. Wonder if they'll turn up any evidence that Green was in it from the start.............is it possible he wasn't ?
  14. I'd have thought the coaching qualification would have team tactics in its curriculum and obviously what you're saying could apply to any qualification.....there are idiots with degrees etc. Still would rather have a qualified idiot doctor than an unqualified one, if you get my meaning.
  15. I'd like to know the date when Green and Ahmed had first contact with any of those guys
  16. The UTT further agreed that HMRC could appeal to the Court of Session in Scotland, despite Counsel’s arguments that the appeal should be heard in the English Court of Appeal. Why would HMRC prefer the court of sessions....................do they think they'll get a more sympathetic verdict ?....if so, why would they think that ? is this usual ?
  17. we got the best who would come to us in the bottom div....can't fault Ally for that. Same as we've got the best that would come to us in the championship. The fact that Ally can't coach them into a cohesive winning team is a different story
