  1. Exactly....minus Jack's developmentally malnourished ligaments. We can see it a mile away with a lot of these players. The problem with guys like that is they don't give their all because they don't want to jeopardize that next hop...to the next higher salary...or league. Skaters....relying on just enough talent, and work to keep them marketable enough to glide on. The problem is, they get to Scotland, get out on that pitch with the wind, and the rain and 'Hamish' coming at em sideways. Shit gets real...real fast. I do not envy Rangers recruiting. A pauper's budget in a small, very tough league. A Sisyphean task if there ever was one. Thrift seems appropriate...or fiscal guile
  2. Hagi, the legend grows. Has been ostensibly 'moved on' and rightly so. Same things can only be said again. Great football IQ, and passing ability which will probably take him far in the business portion of the sport...where he BELONGS. However, in the pros that only goes so far, when you are slower than a line at the DMV. Think about him like an uncle doing a 20 year stretch in the joint. Great guy, tough luck, still in the family but, forget about it him.
  3. Yeah, rather have no one on the books than someone who is either lazy, or dogshit. Those two things tend to be close friends at the pro level. This one has lazy written all over him. Oh he is talented or else he wouldn't be bouncing to all of those top tier clubs. But I don't have to know that guy to tell you he has the lead ass. Same with that Dennis clown we have been linked with.
  4. He has the injury bug....total deal break IMO. These cats really break it down if you have the time. I wouldn't...
  5. BREAKING--Roofe pulls lip muscles blowing out birthday candles.
  6. In Rangers defense we really haven't 'bought' anything from an English club of late. Though it appears we have been properly pumped by the Italians.
  7. Funny word 'Official'. Been around since the 13th century. Initial definitions used words like 'zealous, attentive, eager, service, kindness, favor' or the 'performance of a service'. It has apparently morphed into something more akin to omnipotent, deific, or infallible. I said it on here before, they don't like Rangers, they don't care about Rangers, they want Rangers dead and gone. That's not just the SFA, that's all the other teams too. Screw me once, shame on me... What are Rangers at...#500? BOHICA!
  8. Cause he is a step down in quality from Ridvan. He is very much SPFL quality. However, he is tall enough to ride a roller coaster, and he has only missed 14 games over the past two seasons to injury. In contrast to Ridvan's 38.
  9. First Half-Beale--sold a bill of goods by a true shyster. As with all shysters when the time came to produce, he failed miserably. Disappointed at the club in the amount of control they provided to Beale during the transfer window. A classic conman (Beale) enabled by a willing dupe (RFC). He was so bad it almost seems like he was a saboteur. Second Half-Clement--Too early to call him the best thing since Walter but he is edging closer. His presence, his intensity. His record has been very good. Especially considering the injury issues and management of Beale's horrid signings. This guy has it though. That Walter vibe. This guy is a general. He looks THROUGH you. I hope he continues on successfully.
  10. Will be the best stadium in the English Championship by a country mile.
  11. Rangers did that for their 'everyone anyone' campaign a few years ago. It was a huge virtue signal that highlighted every statistical outlier in the fan base. People missing limbs, some guy with the tats on his face, lesbians, a pirate, a Bornean head hunter...Nigel Farage. It was both cringe and vomit inducing. I personally loathe the shit out of that kinda crap....such as Scott7's mention of a kit selection to highlight knife violence. It's inane, vain, drivel, akin to standing in front of a burning home holding a sign that says 'look at me!' I'm old school. Do your GD J-O-B...which is win football matches...then give to charity...QUIETLY.
  12. 11 goals and 18 assists across 132 career games ? He runs fast, but so did Forest Gump. He doesn't pass the eye test. His eyes are very close set. I am from the south...trust me here...that's a bad sign. Hard pass.
  13. Larry scores in Scotland...a lot Win Scotland, get CL bucks. Proven commodity. Worth the fundage.
  14. Dennis hasn't been decent since Brugge. He was mediocre at Watford, and has sucked ass since. He has managed to wear out his welcome at both NF and the Besaksehir No thanks. We need to get Larry Shankland in. Don't over think it Rangers. Larry will get us goals in Scotland. Larry scores against the scum. Kevin Van Veen on a short term basis would also work.
  15. I have never played soccer but i did suffer from military ops connected compartment syndrome in my right leg years ago. Till this day if I wear anything remotely restrictive while engaged in physical activity my lower leg hurts. Not saying these guys all suffer from it but getting the shit kicked out of your lower legs for years on a weekly basis cant be good for proper blood flow. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/15315-compartment-syndrome
  16. Yeah I was just hoping Phil could hold down second place and perhaps win us the cup. I thought Europe was a goner. Even though we lost to them he has really impressed. I look forward to a further transition.
  17. "Just can't get it out his feet Dessers" How many GD times do I have to hear that line?
  18. Welcome to Scotland Phil. I'm gonna go try to repair this day and enjoy the Rocky Mountains. Out!
