  1. I would stick with the best STARTERS available. Rest the ones with injuries but the best team should be fielded. This machine is not tuned...still needs more dyno time.
  2. Butland saved our ass. Raskin was good as well (2H) and Cantwell drove forward play. But Jack was the man.
  3. Score against THE Morton? Whoa there Chuck Yeager...better throttle it back a bit.
  4. On the brightside, at years end, Sima just goes away... Unlike Matondo, who we get to watch run around, really fast, but aimlessly, for years to come.
  5. Well that was 5M worth of ugly right there. On to the next round.
  6. I think should start Cifuentes for sure. Other than that we had em rocked back on their heels for most of the last game. Just go sideways on em same as before.
  7. Oh they tried to get rid of Wright too. Unfortunately they tried to transfer him to a Turkish re-education camp. I don't think Wright was too keen on that idea.
  8. That move makes no sense from a playing perspective. He couldn't get any game time last season in Glasgow...Man U? If that move happens he is cashing in his chips. I'm all for it though...Man U will pay.
  9. Alot of sloppy play today. Large portions they looked disjointed, disorganized. Busy bee hustle bustle BS only gets you so far. A lot of motion with no movement STS. Dessers continues to be off his game…hopefully he is off. If that is standard he will not be long at Rangers. I know that is drastic but he needs to find his rhythm. 4-0 is flattering if not mostly an illusion. Three points but that mold needs to harden for Europe and 56.
  10. Against Servette the willingness to press forward constantly kept opposition on their heels. We need to stop respecting these clod hoppin teams and come at em sideways. We have the people to make that happen it just takes time for it to look 'pretty'. Livi are big but they are slower than steam off shit...go at em.
  11. He looks like a physically fit player but I wouldn't venture into stocky. He has a huge head...I will give him that. But, he is a little guy.
  12. Size matters in sport, every sport. If it did not the average size of players selected for the upper echelons of football would not have increased consistently over the past 50 years. Heading, jumping, body mass, strength on the ball, are increased as size increases. Further, greater mass, and musculature permits a person to endure increased physical stress. It is not everything but size absolutely matters. Especially in a defensive position.
  13. Like I said...this guy ain't 5'7" and he ain't thick either. We also play in a time (unlike Caldows) where the size of players, and speed of play has greatly increased. There is a reason that the average height for fullbacks today is around 5'11" And it is not a skinny little 5'11" either. Livi? They look like the New York Knicks. Granted the game is much more closely scrutinized in modern days but all that physicality bears an impact either way.
  14. Too small for a defensive position even in the modern 'no touch' game. Transfermarkt lists him as 5'7"...maybe in heels...and that's not a stocky 5'7" either. Too large to be a jockey...too small to be shooting in for tackles and wrestling for position with SPL trogs. And it's soccer so you can't throw him on the Mexican vitamins to put 10 lbs of muscle on him. We keep him, he will continue to collect soft tissue injuries and be chronically absent.
  15. T4-City, Arsenal, Manu, Liverpool Surprise-AV Relegation-Luton-Forest-Blades
  16. Not bad--we got the win. I can see the knife getting sharper. When this team really get poppin there are gonna be some ass beatins dealt out.
  17. Hundred bucks says the guy that designed this also plays a steel drum.
  18. I wanna know who the company was who paid for the meat gazer ad space. "Oh that's fine...we'll take the crotch."
  19. Yeah...we ain't beatin that team. Just keepin it true. No friggin way.
  20. It all spends. I think Rangers, though a big club with a big history are a bit hampered by a persona of extreme tribalism. Now, there may be a silent partner that could come in and inject large amounts of caishola but your celeb types...nah. They are highly image conscious, and thus even more risk averse. Unless they are, of course, from the tribe, or have deep connections to it...a Gordon Ramsey for instance. However, your average non-affiliated, American Hollyweird, or sport star would be steered clear away from such an endeavor. "Brad Pitt invests in far right football...racist...sectarian" blah blah. At the end of the day, most of these people are shallow attention whores who enjoy a good photo op and a firm 'gladhand'. Thus investments in BCFC, Wrexham, MANU...safe...milktoast...'friendly' FC. It is what it is.
