And maybe pick up some useful information on how to organise a fan based campiagn, which might have more success than the RST!

Be positive, Maineflyer. (If I can organise babysitting) I bet you I learn something from it.

Be positive, and lose an identity? Be serious.

Anyway, you're probably right, it never does any harm to listen. I'd see if there are any discounts going though.:)

Possibly a couple - there are a few going from RM also.

I'm in Glasgow on Sunday night for the Goram dinner. Hopefully a few photos/videos of the 9IAR legends backing Gersnet...

Hey Frankie, dont forget to get me as many autographs as you can from the legends for the book

Could you have them make it out to "Aaron" (my 5 yr old would be over the moon if you did !

I had him watching replays of Goram saves last week and he was awestruck at THAT save from Van Hooijdonk !

Not sure if many Gersnet people managed along to Ibrox today, although I did see TannochsideBear so no doubt he'll independently update everyone as usual.

I have to say it was an excellent few hours and time well spent. Jens from the HSV Supporting Members provided a great insight into the structures in Germany and Hamburg in particular - "we make money to play football, we don't play football to make money". He also asked if we'd seen their last display which the Supporting Members paid for and of course got a huge round of applause! David from the Catalan Socialist party gave an inspiring account of Espanyol's journey from extreme adversity, highlighting "the power of the sentiment".

James from Supporters Direct also presented and gave useful encouragement to Rangers fans in our search for ultimate supporter-ownership. Brian Donohoe MP chaired the meeting and Ian Davidson MP also attended. I believe the Herald, the Times, the Record, the Express and others were there, as was the BBC.

The enthusiasm in the room was palpable and I know for a fact that a lot of people left more confident than ever that we can do this.

Well done and thanks to everyone who came along and contributed. I'm hopeful and confident things will start to move in the next few weeks once things start to become clearer and the options get narrowed down.

UCB, I couldn't make it due to family commitments, but would be interested to hear how the HSV model works in practice, and what your thoughts are to the positives and negatives as to how it would relate to Rangers and our support, given the cultural and other differences involved.
