RST involved in new takeover bid?

Recommended Posts

He's based in Edinburgh I believe but apart from that.......

Whatever office he uses, he can expect an email or phone call from Mr Cannonball as we speak... ;)

(But since his PA is viewing this forum, she can say her boss is on holiday) :box:

The rep was Malcolm McPherson (former Hibs chairman) of Glasgow solicitors HBJ Gateley Wareing...

I know that Frankie, just wondering why this "rep" appears to have somehow slipped completely from the radar, without a comment uttered.

Any of our DD experts explain this in laymans terms about disclosure etc..... http://www.thetakeoverpanel.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/DEP-summary.pdf

The number of companies Mr McPherson is involved with, I doubt a fee for the odd meeting was too much of a problem for him to waive.

As long as the Trust reps didn't offer a Da Vinci painting, I'm sure they'd be OK...
