bmck 117 Posted September 11, 2006 Share Posted September 11, 2006 i was reading an article in FF that was discussing how "we are the people" is meaningless, since, us "the people" have to wish wistfully for our next custodian to be benevolent and look after the club. i think we ourselves blew it when we have the chance to buy shares. so, do you think that whoever takes over from murray will have the best interests at heart? if so, is this based on anything more than blind faith? 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

There won't be many bidders anyway so we've got to hope that whoever does buy wants to run the club well and with ambition. This might not happen tomorrow or next week but I'll give DM 2 years max at the club from now. As such, we all need to prepare for the next owner. I hate all these fans that call him " Minty " etc ,, Mr Murray has got the club to where we are the day , and to be able to do that is something i admire the Legend for.
