One of them has a mate who plays for Besiktas so we were thinking of going over there next year for a game against either Fener or Gala as we'd have tickets. Taxi straight to the ground me thinks ;-) Also had my first ever holiday abroad in Turkey, gorgeous country with very welcoming people. Football seems to bring out the extreme in a lot of them. I know where you're coming from, but bad policing isn't the reason for football fans taking machetes to a game!
