Rangers owner Craig Whyte may have lied in court case

Making peace with the BBC? As in giving them the card blanche to simply go on with their mudstirring? The same tactics have IMHO lead to the sad statistic that Celtic players can commit twice as many fouls per game before receiving a yellow card than any other team.

The BBC has an obligation to be impartial. We do not have an obligation to serve their needs, especially when they are not fulfinging their own obligations.

They already have carte blanche. Not cooperating with them only exasperates the situation.

No, Ofcom has a long standing dispute with the BBC about their apparent "carte blanche" and this is more ammunition for Ofcom's claims. People just have to use it correctly.

The News Editor at BBC Scotland these last few years is Diarmid O'Hara.

Monday's NEWS REPORT headlined their flagship news programme, it headlined their sports news, and was reinforced by further exposure and discussion on Newsnicht. All of this based on the word, 'MAY'.

Diarmid O'Hara has been self indulgent and in turn has indulged Mark Daly and Chris McLaughlin. I ask, have you ever seen a lead item on a news report programme that contains sinister ambient mood music being played over the worst possible view of the subject(behind a bush on the waste ground of the Hinshelwood estate)?

It is almost laughable 26th keep waiting for the big guy in the Black cape from the Charlie Chaplin films to jump out grab somebody and tie them to the railway lines.

The most sinister thing about is what motivates intelligent professional people to cast aside their common sense and engage in this type of public witchhunt? Their job sand careers are at stake however I'm sure they would, if push comes to shove, say it's all about rivalry etc but we all know that it's just raw sectarian hatred. Unfortunately they have done such a good job of painting "us" as the bad guys that whatever they do now could be explained away as proportionate.

Whether ofcom have a dispute with the BBC or not is of no real consequence. The fact of the matter is that the BBC are exempt from section 5 in ofcom's broadcasting code, so they do have carte blanche when it comes to the question of due impartiality, due accuracy and undue prominence of views and opinions. That exemption is no mistake either.

For me the behaviour the BBC and it's anti-Rangers agenda, has opened my eyes as to how the media is controlled by individuals in this country. No one seams to be held to account there, their bias is unchecked and rampant. What hope has democracy and liberty when certain news organisations are bound by insider ideologies and their prejudices are forced on it's viewers and listeners without a fare right of reply, as any complaint from us as a group to the BBC Scotland is constantly ignored.
