Recommended Posts

administration is his business and thats exactly where hes taking us. Either way we aint paying that tax bill.

Ok show me an example where Craig Whyte has successfully used administration and not ended up going down the road of liquidation ?

Craig Whyte just said up to 75million+ in tax case.FFS.

£49 million rest in penalties

How can that be? Total payments in respect of EBTs were £47.7m. Tax due would be around £19m. Interest and penalties could take it up to £49m, but it can't be £49m before penalties.

Craig Whyte himself said 49 million plus penalties take it to 75
