The club had lodged a notice of intent to appoint an administrator. However, on Tuesday HMRC lodged an order with the Court of Session in Edinburgh calling for the court to appoint an administrator. Whyte has started the ball rolling but there's no guarantee that we would go into administration. It's still just an option. This seems to be HMRC taking away that option. It appears that they feel that CW is f***ing them around and this is their response. HMRC have been mean buggers for a number of years.
