Had they done their job at the time, none of the other potential breaches would have happened. And administration wouldn't have happened. Therefor for any potential breaches the SFA are complicit and are culpable. If the SFA think a prospective owner isn't fit and/or proper, what exactly can they do about it? Block the sale of a club? If not, then this is all a moot point really. On one hand they could claim that he's not the rightful owner and force him to hand his shares back to either the club itself or MIH.
