It's the Judicial Panel who hand out the punishment. Not sure how that works but you never know... Why would he sure, I wonder? Does he have a court injunction that prevents him being named? Very doubtful. Is it because he wasn't one of the SFA 3, in which case it's easy enough to deny and move on. The 3 who passed the sanctions on behalf of SFA & ultimately put another nail in our clubs coffin are Eric Drysdale,QC Alastair Muirning & Gary Allan.They have now been named & shamed please forward this on.
