This is brilliant news, hopefully a CVA can be arranged and we're on our way back from the despair we've all felt....

It's a small but significant step bud, it's certainly better a bid is being made and hopefully it's the start of the turnaround

See that's the next step CVA and it's paramount for the very existence of our club that this is approved or we are well and truly screwed!

Paul Murray was on Sportsound tonight at the start of the show which should be available to listen to via their podcast.

He said he's been speaking to Brian Kennedy litterally every day for the past 3 months and reiterated the urgent need to get things moving quickly.

Let's hope the bid is a serious one and Duff & Phelps accept it, but I've got a major worry about Duff & Phelps being able (or wanting) to deliver Whyte's shareholding.

It sounds to me like The Blue Knights want either Duff & Phelps or Ticketus to get Craig Whyte's shares off him, but that they aren't intending giving him a few million to hand the club over and bugger off.

As well as the problem of bawbag Whyte, there's also Ticketus and HMRC to overcome in terms of getting a CVA because we'll need them BOTH to vote in favour of the CVA unless we were to lose the big tax case and HMRC had to get 75% or more voting power.

Kennedy & TBK joining forces is fantastic news, but there's a long way to go yet!!

Duff & Phelps will pick their favoured non-liquidation liquidation any attempt to separate Whyte from his shareholding might reveal the part played by their very own partner David Henry Grier in the setting up of Whytes' business plan. That's why since practically day one they've been telling us liquidation doesn't mean liquidation.
