Bill Miller withdraws bid

Recommended Posts

It's Newco all the way now guys from whoever can put one in place and afford the working capital needed to get it off the ground and able to take on RFC's costs immediately. The CVA will have to wait in the background until the short term future is secured.

A newco with a CVA later is and was always pie in the sky.

i really don't think that a business man would be scared off by a couple of banners and a chant. His team have obviously found that the finances are in a worse state than first thought.

As for 3 bidders on the table, aye...very good

Jim White on SSN reporting that Miller & his people received 'hundreds' of emails from 'people puporting to be Rangers fans' of a rather horrid nature. That, added to the financial ground zero that is our accounts, seems to have put him off.

You just don't know what to think at all, anymore.

Add to that the Daily Record trying to interview the staff of his other companies, who know nothing of the takeover. I am not sure the banner thing is the total be all and end all of it. People know the fans are the club it would help smooth things if the fans had been on board.

Think we all need to get used to the idea that Murray/Whyte have put us in a hole just to deep for anyone to pull us out of, and the finish line is in sight.

Firesale week on Monday anybody fancy breaking in and stealing their seat before it gets sold.

Chin up, there's still more to come from this. D&P will really be getting the squeeze put on them now.

Would you allow your season ticket money to be used to fund a bid? I don't mean the Utopian dream of fan ownership I mean simply paying your ST money to guarantee that there will be a club to go and watch in later years?

It's a yes from me.
