Interesting.

I'm going to watch this.

The evidence of a conflict of interests between D+P and the ticketus deal is a ballbreaker.

If I recall correctly, D+P were court appointed, and HMRC were represented. So putting two and two together, the Beeb are saying that that Court and/or HMRC were incompetent.

Good news for us if true. Should be worth a few bob in compensation.

Can't wait to see the SFA or the SPL take on the HMRC or SCS in the same cavalier fashion that they've ridden roughshod over RFC.

Wonder what penalties they're going to apply?

What I want to know is how on earth the Pacific Quay CSC has managed to get it's hands on all of this confidential information. With the EBTs in particular, they've clearly been given direct access to the either the HMRC case evidence for the Tribunal or documentation provided to the SFA or SPL which again should be confidential. Quite incredible that the BBC can get access to this information, but not surprising given the power of the organisation.

The actual content of the programme is what has been put up on the BBC website. The rest of the stuff is just filler, re-hashing of what we already know and sensationalising it at every opportunity. Daly seems to be intent on hamming it up and the Beeb have spunked a shed load of cash on some flashy effects.

He just needed to present the facts and what he's discovered, but can't seem to help himself. It makes the whole thing look incredibly amateur and open to the suggestion that it is a hatchet job. Daly has clearly done some great work in uncovering a lot of the goings-on since Whyte came in, but its all lost amongst the terrible production values and corny segments.

And where exactly are all these documents coming from?
