I don't see any other justification for it when his consortium don't even own the club yet. Some brass neck if it was his idea. I could think of a few better ideas to get the support onside, how about getting the scum out of the Broomloan and vastly reducing their allocation for there visit to us. In a nutshell. Did Green confirm the funding for the CVA was in place? Surely that would have been the obvious thing to comment on. We all know that getting through the CVA is important.
