HMRC Fail to agree CVA.

A bit harsh on Green as he didn't put us in this position. You obviously don't like Green but don't let your hate run your head. I am still on the fence with Green but one thing is for certain at this moment, up until now he has only tried to help the club. I can understand you are disappointed about losing your shares but your anger should be aimed at Murray and Whyte and not Green

aye maybe and maybe green and whyte are just different sides of the same coin.

I said yesterday there's too much focus on Green but by his own admission he's just the salesman who'll depart as soon as he's completed his work, what should be of far more concern is who's pulling his strings and who'll benefit from his work?

This must be HMRC's plan all along. We're being made an extreme example that will stop clubs from stepping out of line for a long time to come. It's impossible to believe they were EVER interested in maximising the taxpayers' purse.

Liquidation means that they will received virtually nothing when doing a deal a year ago could have raised them well over £30m more than they will get.

I wouldn't be so angry about it if I could see it as justified but it is entrapment at best and shows that the UK has a very unjust tax system. Proud to be British? I'm pretty ashamed of it right now.

HMRC claim we will no be debt free and no big tax case to answer for.
