Breaking: SPL Vote NO to Rangers

Recommended Posts

Don't see why, youngsters have been signing new deals, the likes of McCulloch and Kerkar probably will stay for the lower divisions, not sure about the rest but they knew from all the public voted SPL football was unlikely.

I doubt that Edu, Bocanegra, Goian will stay at the club for a start if we are in Division 3 - Division 1 may not be as bad admittedly.

Finally someone has made a bloody decision on something. First step to us actually moving on as a club, over to the SFL now to show some balls and not buckle to the blackmailing gits in the SPL. Let them get on with major cutting back and let us rebuild.

it would be nice if the players would sign for the newco so they can then be sold to help bring in some money to buy players to get the club up the table/tables

It would be good to get some money, but I think any offers we get now would be greatly reduced.

The obvious positive side of this is that we can now run with a vastly reduced wage bill. If we got to Div3, and if a decent crowd keeps showing up (I'm going to be there) by the time we get back into the top flight we could have built up a very healthy looking bank balance.
