New investor by the looks of it

BUSINESSMAN Craig Mather has released the following statement:

"I am delighted to have invested in The Rangers Football Club with my business partner Guy Gisborne.

"In addition to the financial investment, my sports management business, Simply Sport Management, specialises in youth players. I am confident that my colleagues and contacts within this field will prove invaluable.

"The facilities within the youth academy and training centre at Murray Park are world class and we must continually improve to ensure that the players coming through are of the same standard.

"I look forward to being part of the team rebuilding this fantastic club."

'with my partnet Guy Gisborne'

Isn't that the guy out of Robin Hood? Basil Rathbone played him in the best version?

Indeed. Sir Guy of Gisbourne was one of the bad guys and Robin Hood cut off his head in the original story. I hope that any resemblance to fictional characters is purely coincidental, as we need someone who'll give to the poor, not take from us!

A few questions:

1) How much has he invested?

2) What is his motivation?

3) For what time period is he investing?

4) What return does he expect?

5) What involvement will he have in the club's operations?

That'll do for starters.
