MALCOLM MURRAY AND ZEUS CAPITAL

MALCOLM MURRAY must be having sleepless night as he ponders his commitment to Charles Green and the faceless men who own Rangers.

For Malcolm Murray is the chairman and he knows that position means he is the man who will be legally responsible if anything goes wrong.

My information is Malcolm Murray is growing more and more uneasy with the relationship which exists between the faceless men who hide behind the Blue Pitch Holdings collective and their hired hands inside Ibrox, chief executive Charles Green, plus the two Zeus Capital representatives on the Sevco board, Imram Ahmad and Brian Stockbridge.

I have been told that even Malcolm Murray does not know who it is who is hiding behind Blue Pitch Holdings, despite the fact that as chairman of Sevco he has certain legal obligations.

And now Malcolm Murray is realising there is a real and growing danger to his reputation for probity. And that is something which should scare Malcolm Murray.

If what I have been hearing from well informed sources in Manchester, where Zeus Capital have their headquarters, is correct, Malcolm Murray is making more and more enquiries of the merchant bankers as to just who it is who is behind Blue Pitch Holdings.

The timing of this also appears to coincide with the bid documents from Brian Kennedy, relating to his firm and formal £5.6M offer for 51per cent of Sevco, being lodged with Zeus Capital in Manchester.

Chairman Murray must now surely be growing more and more concerned about the state of the financial situation inside Rangers which could see the club back on the slippery slope to administration again.

For events over the last few days have once again served to underline that Charles Green and Sevco are seen as a bad bet by banks.

Charles Green still cannot sort out proper corporate banking facilities. And thatâ??s a fact. Despite the snake oil salesman spiel which spews from Charles Greenâ??s mouth.

Despite the lies which Charles Green continues to spout.

The proof lies with the arrangements Rangers have had for selling tickets to their fans for the match away to Brechin. Supporters who tried to order the briefs in the usual way, over the phone, paying by credit or debit card, were told they could not.

They were informed they had to make their way to the ticket office at Ibrox and pay in hard cash or by cheque. Greenâ??s lackeys tried to get away with a cock and bull story about the credit card machines being off line.

Lies!

That was at the start of the week. By the end of the week, after Brechin sent extra tickets to Ibrox, fans were once again warned it was cash or cheques only.

All of this merely added to chairman Malcolm Murrayâ??s concern as to just what is going on inside the Ibrox boardroom when he is not there. Which is most of the time.

The tickets fiasco, the lack of clarity concerning the beneficial owners, Charles Greenâ??s offhand and blatant lying reaction to Brian Kennedyâ??s formal £5.6M bid for 51 per cent of Sevco and that offer document arriving at Zeus Capitalâ??s Manchester headquarters, have all added up to a major headache for chairman Malcolm Murray.

Which is why, this weekend, Malcolm Murray, who knows what his fiduciary duty as Sevco chairman is, along with his moral duty as a Rangers supporter, is such a worried, concerned and even nervous man.

My advice to Malcolm Murray would be to protect the club he loves and fulfill his moral duty to Rangers and at the same time protect himself by doing his legal and fiduciary duty, by speaking out.

If he has found out the names of the faceless men behind the shadowy Blue Pitch Holdings, then he should name them. If he does not know who they are, then he should make that public.

If he does, then I am sure Malcolm Murray will find it easier to do what comes natural to any babe in arms. Sleep easy oâ?? nights

Leggo likes to go on and on about lies and yet never provides any facts to back up his claims. Add to that the fact that throughout that article he keeps referring to us as Sevco which no true rangers fan would ever do makes wonder just who the liar is. Top that off with his title of "Malcolm Murray and Zeus Capital" when the whole article all he talks about is Blue Pitch Holdings and mentions Zeus maybe once, twice at most shows all he is doing is writing what the Green haters want to hear.

We are signing players which we would not be doing if we had no money so that should be evidence enough that Leggo is talking pish.
