I wish they would get someone in to fix things. I spent about 20 minutes on a premium phonecall this morning to get tickets for the Falkirk game after trying for 2 days to get through, every phonecall costing money. I have an online account which I cannot access despite someone resetting my password last week. The guy I spoke to this morning was supposed to send me an e mail to reset my password and I haven't received it. To go into the ticket office is a 50 mile round trip.
