Indeed. While the heart of the matter surely is fair enough, threatening 5 years in prison for a song seems to go a little overboard mate. Probably all deterrence.

You should've tried sitting in Ibrox and getting a camera shoved up your nose and some wee jobsworth steward tapping you on your shoulder everytime you got out your seat or opened your mouth.

Sounds annyoing enough. Especially given the chance you might actually just want to cheer a bit.
