Administrators think we (may) owe HMRC some 94m ... or 21m

Recommended Posts

@ aftershock ... it is these lies which cause the most animosity. Lies that will be used by media outlets all over the world, outlets who think the BBC is impartial and objective and the like. Unless British (sic!) people complain to the BBC as well as watchdogs Ofcom they will simply go on and on and on.

Interestingly, the point above this "possible claim" of HMRC, # 13.7 specifically states:

EBT Case - Big Tax Case

13.7 The Big Tax Case is disputed by the Company and is subject to a first tier tax Tribunal. An outcome has yet to be determined by the Tribunal and is currently expected in October 2012.

Selective Reading by Pacific Quay CFC and their hanger's on.

"The joint administrators have adjudicated on these claims and confirmed to HMRC that for voting purposes, their claim will be admitted for voting purposes at £94,426,217.22."

Where did this figure come from, and when did D&P come up with it?

BBC say it's the "final" bill. Complete lies and deliberately misleading their readers.

I've already informed the main German sports news agencies about the unreliability of the current reporting by the BBC Scotland sports team. The latter neatly messed the issue up again in this very article and by citing the admin's report you've got an easy job to show it.

Since we informed the German news outlets previously, any further reporting of us "going into admin over 134m debt and have been relegated to the 4th tier of Scottish football due to this tax dodging and overspending" will go straight to the German press watchdogs.

when it ensured their ideal outcome of liquidation.
