Duff and Phelps spokesman Marty Dauer said: "As we have previously stated, Duff and Phelps maintains that our conduct of the Rangers administration was carried out to the highest professional standards.

 

"We do not respond to information that is taken out of context, as we believe is the case in the BBC story.

the real worry is did these shysters do us out of a possible cva. had we had admins not put in place with the target of returning us to whyte.

 

No, HMRC made their reasons for no CVA very clear, and it wasn't the identity of the administrators. Lets not go down this route.

Yes but would HMRC have been more willing to deal, if all the people we have been talking about where not on the scene.

No, why? Whatever the initial plans Whyte wasn't involved in any of the bids so who else would they have a problem with?

 

They want to investigate going all the way back through the Murray years, not just Whyte's calamity few months.
