Crime & Punishment....

Recommended Posts

the rules were there, we knew them we broke them. its as I say we were punished for breaking rules.

we werent punished for having ebt's we were punished for liquidation and non payment of tax.

You are not in the repeat mode, are you? If so, take liquidation out and put administration in.

We, i.e. the club, was fined for the criminal acts of its owner. That owner was allowed to act like he did because others failed to do their job - and some apparently on purpose. This whole affair needs to be investigated to the core and, as has been said, the relevant heads need to be persecuted. I would take it as far as those in the know acting like a "willful arrangement to a criminal act" even though they did not participate. Or, in other words, they knew the guy with the knife would commit a murder, but rather than acting, they stood in the shadows and watched on when he did it.

Pity you weren't so concerned at the actions of Whyte at the time eh? back then it was everybody else's fault but Whytes'.

Some of us were shouting "murder, murder, murder" whilst you were turning a blind eye.
