SteveC 150 Posted April 23, 2013 Share Posted April 23, 2013 Mate, as you'll hopefully know, I didn't hold back in my criticism of any group last year so completely understand and share your cynicism with respect to this issue. To be frank, I'd be astounded if D&P were guilty of anything illegal but there certainly seems to be a lot of inconsistency at best in terms of the way they worked. I know BillNg was equally scathing of their actions throughout his efforts to buy so this just wasn't an issue for the Blue Knights or the late Walter/McColl bid. Like I said above, it is difficult for our fans to trust and potential owner which is why I've always said any buyer should be completely open with the fans. It's a shame we're still asking for this 18 months down the line. I have always suspected the D&P acted illegally or at the very least unethically for the simple reason we were told that Whyte only ever panicked when it seemed that HMRC were going to get to appoint the administrators instead of him getting his pet choice. It was suspicious as f@@@ then and all suspicions were hardened by their bewildering actions, and oft inaccurate and/or self-contradictory statements. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The dodgy tycoon/gangster who was "exposed" by the Rhebel back in November? jeez, more crooks. This is what happens when criminals get in the door, they are followed by others.
