So what did the RST do that forced Mather's resignation?

Did I say they forced him out on their own? No.

 

They played a part though, along with the likes of SOS, Paul Murray and Malcolm Murray.

 

I have no idea how the Easdales feel about any of this because we haven't heard a peep out of them.

 

Every recent statement on the club website will be sanctioned by the Easdales and written by their family spokesman. Safe to say that will be their opinion.

Yes, Mather did seem a nice enough guy but in a situation where there are all sorts of jungle fighters on the scene, he was never likely to cope. It always seemed strange that when McColl called for the removal of board members that Easdale wasn't included on his list. What will happen next is difficult to call , so there seems little point in trying to do that.

I just assumed that meant that he'd finally saw through Jack Irvine!

If the RST were as capable as you suggest then they'd have a lot more members than they currently so.

 

I ask again, if Mather and the current incumbents are/were so confident of an AGM 'trouncing' why are people resigning left, right and centre?
