Frankie a murderer can put a lot of effort into their killing.

I realise that's a very very extreme comparison but I think you can get what I mean.

I don't have any objection to their so called 'three aims' but I hate how they've gone about it, perhaps the way I've criticised them at times is low but this has all left a very bitter taste in the mouth.

Effort is relevant when the very people who criticise SoS do little to offer an alternative,

In a few weeks, SoS have gone from distributing a few hundred flyers to bringing together many like-minded fans to help apply pressure to our dysfunctional and under-performing club.

Agree with them or not that's pretty impressive and as someone who enjoys seeing the fans use their voice, I'm happy to defend their right to it.

Whether you agree or disagree with them, they have a point of view and have at least pursued an active course of action to push that point of view.

I've sniped at them for the way they've gone about things latterly, but I can't find fault with someone getting off their hin' end to change things that they don't like.

there seems to be no consensus amongst all Bears and I find this too much to be taking this display to Ibrox, when they're not representative of all fans. Whilst the Easdales have had a shady past I believe they're both Rangers fans and I agree that they should come forward and vocalise, themselves, or through a 3rd party, their intentions, plans and possibly who's backing them, though they seem to be reasonably wealthy in their own right.

From everything I've read here and elsewhere I think Stockbridge going is a good thing, so no issues with that pressure, but again, their will be other Bears with possibly a different opinion, so parking a van representing a sub-set of fans outside Ibrox, I don't think delivers the right message.

There have been many Rangers boards in the past who were more insulated than the Kremlin when it came to issuing information and we never questioned that, because that was the way it has always been. It shouldn't be like that and we should receive more information, particularly at this time, but how much? Additionally, how long have the Easdales actually been inside Ibrox, hardly a long time and the AGM would be the time to publish that information, so maybe SoS should lay off till that time. If they've done something wrong since they bought their way into Ibrox, well I'm not convinced it is enough to be hounded out already.

I'm not necessarily a fan but I believe in a fair hearing and there is time for concerted efforts to enforce resignation, should it be proven that they don't have the Clubs best interests at heart and a genuine plan to move us forward, but seems a bit premature to me.

Mike, I sincerely doubt that these two Easdale brothers are actually Rangers fans. They claim to be Rangers fans now that they're here and involved, but I think there's a pretty high chance that they weren't Rangers fans at all until quite recently (like within the past 20 months). It's their PR man Jack Irvine (aka Toxic Jack) who is saying that they're Rangers fans and this is the same PR man who at one point used the 'Rangersitis' term in one of the pieces of spin he's released to the press for them. That's the same 'Rangersitis' bullshit that Irvine was previously feeding us on behalf of Charles Green, while telling us all sorts of complete and utter nonsense on behalf of Green, the dishonest man who made millions off of our troubled Club for less than 12 months involvement.

For what it's worth, I don't think the owner or owners of the Club necessarily need to be real Rangers fans and neither do the whole board of directors, but they should at least be as honest and truthful as possible and not rely solely on dodgy PR men to spin yarns and feed us endless amounts of bullshit.

These guys were claiming to be Greenock Morton fans, were Morton sponsors and regulars in hospitality at Morton games prior to recently getting involved with us through Charles Green & co. Now they've caught that infamous 'Rangersitis' bug though. It's clearly infectious in certain business circles....

To be honest Zappa I think you could support and sponsor Morton and still be a Rangers supporter.

Absolutely pete, but my impression of the bus bros not being Rangers fans isn't based solely on their previous Morton links, it's based on every piece of information I have at my disposal.

Most of us had never heard of them until they arrived on the scene getting VIP treatment from Green as potential 'investors' (in Green's free shares). Ok, so most us had never heard of Malcolm Murray before either, but he doesn't own large transport companies a few miles down the road.

Then there's the issue of one of their cousins speaking out online and saying all along on FF that these two brothers have never been Gers fans.
