No high calibre person would be interested in coming into such an unstable environment and facing the uncertainty of not knowing if the people who hired you and who explained how they saw things developing, would be around for very long. When you think about it, does anyone believe that Stockbridge, Easdale or both, have the background experience, to choose a suitable candidate.
