I have every confidence the learned Judge will deal with the matter dispassionately and impartially but for his own good, instead of declaring an interest, he should have passed on this one and given it to one of his colleagues with no interest in the game. If he finds in favour of Heidi Hoop there will be many misguided and deluded individuals who will never believe it had nothing to do with his allegiance to cp. What's the Judiciary coming to? Sellick men on the Bench! In the good old days there might have been a couple of Hearts guys.
