Have to say that this is an excellent way to begin the promotion of a membership scheme, but I think they're going to have major issues with trust. The only way they'll improve that trust quickly enough is by engaging with Dave King, getting him to invest heavily in a share issue to become the largest shareholder and appointing him to both of the boards of directors. They may even need to allow Dave King to bring in other directors with him.
