King Could Face Probe Over Share Price Fixing Claim

Recommended Posts

The complaint about the club not adhering to company law was legitamite and necessary. This one is bordering on barrel scraping with a strong hint of the complainer being unaware of what's actually happening.

As far as the AGM complaint is concerned (not the Billy Paterson one) Wallace made it clear he's made discoveries about finances he didn't know then. I'm yet to be convinced that wasn't just cynical tactics rather than serious concern about the law.

Completely agree. The first complaint might have seemed a little petty to some people, but as you say, it was a legitimate complaint. This one against Dave King though, is just completely unfounded because he's repeatedly stated that he doesn't intend to buy shares in the market where his money won't be going directly to the Club. That obviously doesn't mean he hasn't or won't buy some shares in the market, but there's basically no real foundation to suggest he's trying to drive down the market price for himself.
