7 pm Ventura County local time, how does that translate into British time again?

Ventura, California is 8 hours behind us, so while it's currently Saturday 16:00 here in Scotland, it's Saturday 08:00 in Ventura.

That means the match kicks off at 03:00 am for us on Tuesday night/Wed morning or 04:00 am for you in Berlin.
