They don't seem to be making much of an effort to market the season tickets. I don't recall seeing or hearing any adverts for them. It is very strange.

Yep. The point is that we hear all sorts of worrying rumours from essentially the anti-board faction (and people" in the know"), but have next to no chance to verify this. As the saying goes, if you tell it often enough, it becomes fact to some - be it lies or rumours. We just can't evaluate the info given. So one might assume that the rumours are true and we're tumbling into oblivion once again. Or that the board simply is not half as worried as those wanting to unseat them and have a plan at the ready to stay afloat. Actually, they have, as given in the review and usually ignored in favour of more malovent rumours.

I really don't see how admin would be that great an advantage to those running things.

It might be the only way they can reduce the Club's staffing costs rapidly without having to pay out millions in pay-offs and redundancy packages.

Regarding the administration rumours: They could potentially be very worrying, although they could also be a ruse to cause panic and boost ST sales.

Or a softening up process.

Flogging the family silver wouldn't look so bad after leaked administration warnings.

They could have reduced the staffing costs on day one if they were so minded. They didn't do so as it was just another way of keeping everyone sweet while the big con was put into place.

Hiding in plain sight.
