Rangers Creditors Win £24m Settlement from Law Firm

Incredible result by BDO if this is true.

If Whyte hadn't been allowed to appoint Duff & Phelps as administrators and we had gotten BDO appointed instead, they would have made a much better job of our administration.

They should be going after the MCR mob next.

Something tells me a whole bunch of Whyte's chums will soon be hiding out in places with no extradition treaties if they aren't already.

Those muppets are Teflon coated / protected. Sorry, but much as I would love to see the SFA hauled over the coals for this I can't believe it will ever happen.

No justice.

I just hope I'm proved wrong.

There's no chance of it happening. The minute they feel their peg shaking too much there will be a change of CEO and a few wee structural changes in the corridors of power so that they can claim the previous SFA regime were to blame.

Structural change wont matter though - it is the same entity. The only way the SFA would avoid being sued in this instance would be if they created a new entity, and that would take them time, time which would allow BDO to get their claim in first.

This one has certainly now got interesting.

And Zappa, if BDO had been the original administrators we wouldn't be in a newco/oldco situation right now - they would have got it sorted professionally and efficiently. So, yeah, Green wouldn't have got the club.

Don't know how many times I've said as much. Coming from someone more qualified than I on these matters only angers me more.

Quite a few generation of bears might go to their grave very bitter.
