More like Auchenhowie, but even he would not get Auchenhowie for just 500k (and no need to point at Ashley and that 1-pound-deal here). As it looks, more like: "folks, talk to one another!" rather than anything definite just now.

 

Having a security over land does not make you the owner of it. It gives you the right, should the debtor default, to call up the security and sell the property to recover the sums due to you, with any surplus going back to the debtor. It is however not unknown for the sale to be "organised" so that the security holder's preferred option purchases it.

That's actually our best (and possibly only!) chance of winning the main legal case with Ahmad because everything hinges on his handwritten letter from Green which could have been written at any time, possibly even after they both left the company & Club.

 

For Ahmad to have a rock solid case based on his letter from Green, you would think the letter would need to have been notarized or witnessed & dated in similar legal manner.

You would think a half decent QC should be able to have Green and Ahmad labelled as unreliable witnesses. Green himself is a self confessed liar and proud of it!
