Or get another loan from Ashley. Then another. And another.....

We'll end up like Newcastle who are literally in Ashley's pockets they owe him so much money

well at that point you have to call an agm.

with us running out so soon we might as well see what they do. they may yet turn to parkco.

ashley wont do unsecured and we have little or nothing to offer as security.

If the board wishes to take such a loan with Ibrox or Auchenhowie as security, do they have to inform the shareholders before they accept such a loan?

If so, can the shareholders block such a loan from being accepted?

they can't used those as security while whyte claims he owns them in court.

thats why they use assets bought after whyte.

it is the same as any board of any company; if they're not acting in the best interests of the company or are seen to be acting negligently, not in the best medium or long term interests of the shareholders then they can be brought to justice. so taking continuous loans from Ashley, to the future detriment of the Club and shareholders, when there are better offers on the table, then that is a justifiable call for other shareholders to shout foul and alert authorities, be they legal or football related.

it is fraud, effectively.

Lets hope Whyte loses and we have a board that makes these assets safe then.
