Rangers First own 2.46% of Rangers (plus 0.7% voting rights)

If, as seems likely, the good guys have prevailed at the EGM, shouldn't the RST and RF keep their powder dry and temporarily stop buying shares? I would far rather that shares are bought at the next share offering, when money comes into the club, rather than buying out the faceless investors now, with money leaving the club. I would imagine that it is unlikely that the Easdale block/MA will participate to maintain their shareholding percentage so prices may even come down, allowing the Trust and RF to acquire even more shares.

Can someone correct me if i am wrong but i'm sure i remember reading a while back that RF were keeping enough money back so that they wouldn't be diluted in the event of a share issue... does anyone know if thats still the case?

I think that was their original plan but I think that was binned given the necessity to win the EGM and they have gone all out to buy shares now and not kept much/anything back.

Will we have a new share issue soon or more likely a rights issue at first? I'd be keen to buy in but currently still don't have any shares.

Happy to say I contributed to Rangers First, what they've achieve in such a short time is outstanding.
