A question that needs answered is why did the board keep knowledge of these actions from fans groups and the fans many of whom are shareholders, not great at all.

Sports Direct says RFC are willing to to pledge not to release confidentiality at EGM

Let's sum up:

 

1. SD/MASH requisitions an EGM to get RIFC answers to retail questions.

2. SD/MASH then takes RIFC to court so these answers can't be given at EGM

 

Meanwhile the club has to pay out six figure sums in meeting/legal costs.
