Gers To Train At Spurs

Recommended Posts

How on earth do you expect to motivate and develop our youth by loaning other youths.

You will guarantee mediocrity that way.

I don't expect rangers to insult fans by playing players that are not fit to wear the jersey just to help poor players become experienced poor players. The attitude shown by a lot of our youth towards staff and in general should mean they are shown the door not encouraged by giving them an opportunity way outwith their talent. The youth players have to be good enough to merit a chance, its simple.

Attainment levels are motivation and if you are not motivated by competition then you will never be a successful footballer.

It's only you who thinks they are poor.

clearly warburton and those who advise him also don't think we have a def mid or a full back in the youth good enough either.

so who are these youth that are not getting a chance that are good enough to merit playing in front of 50,000 paying customers?

Fredricks full back

winks def mid

Rather not yet fit to play for the first team? Its not just black and white out there. It could well be that W&W deem them good enough, but still want better if "better" is available. Likewise, bringing in some more young players, loans or otherwise, will give those already there competition they might not yet have. And/or competition they should grow accustomed to if they want to succeed as professionals.
